The only coffee we drink

We keep trying to venture out with coffees from other roasters...none offer the full-body nuttiness of Sputnik. They're the reason I drink coffee black!

Lovely espresso blend

Sputnik is the only espresso I buy, on repeat order. It's balanced--not too dark, not too light. Leaves a lovely finish and makes some outstanding espresso every morning.

A Great Blend Cup after Cup

I really enjoy the Sputnik blend for my Cappuccino’s, flat whites and Americanos. The blend is flavorful but smooth cup after cup. I find 203f works best with my espresso maker. I moved to South Carolina last year but Sputnik’s fast and reliable shipping service keeps me caffeinated with a taste of Chicago.

Great non Russian Coffee

I started ordering coffee because a few of my friends raved about it. We love it but my Ukrainian mailman, who as you might expect lives in Ukrainian Village, seemed angry with me asking me “Why are you getting Russian coffee?”. I told him it was roasted here in Chicago by people of Ukrainian dissent. A while later I was his new best friend being “one of us”. He told me his son asked him why, he bought a 5 pound bag of coffee when he lives alone. My mailman said he told his son: “This coffee is great, especially with brandy”
